Abstract 

Dr. S. R. Ranganathan, a man ahead of times propounded the fundamental laws of library science, canons, postulates, normative principles and many theories & methods which imbibes the nucleus of librarianship philosophy and act as a navigator for upcoming professionals. The spiral of scientific method is numero uno contribution of legendary karmayogi, overtly demonstrate the intricacies of nature and characteristics of science aptly inextricable to the process of research. In a nutshell, the spiral method is an abstract model to concretely show the path a researcher has to made through and the possible points of perils and bottle-necks on the way.
