The authors identified key participating countries, organisations, authors and journals and studied their collaborative linkages. The structure of the field has been depicted by identifying significant keywords and studying their co-occurrences to identify the trends in research. A summary of the study throws light on research opportunities and implications for businesses and policy-makers.
