Abstract
In this paper, the researcher lays the emphasis on the study group that is the High-School going students belonging to a large variety of diverse schools and locations. The main focus of this study is on their attitude and behavior towards a library and its overall usage. The significance of the library in every walk of their lives becomes critical. The library can easily be considered as not only a treasure house of knowledge, rather it is one of those institutions where it is an abode that is replete with information resources especially for people who possess an obsession for knowledge. The library, apart from being a place denoting a blessing in disguise, turns out to be a place, especially for those who yearn to spend their valuable time in shaping a good future. The youth in this considered to be recognized as the nation-builders of the future; hence a library is one of the ideal places for them to visit through the world of knowledge. It is their positive attitude toward spending quality time in the library can securely hold the future of books. The study is conducted using a ground-level survey through the use of well-structured questionnaires, interviews, and face-to-face discussion methods.
