Abstract Gives a brief overview about the Defence Research & Development Establishment (DRDE), Gwalior and Services of the Technical Information Research Centre (TIRC) of DRDE provided to their users. In this paper an attempt has been made to study the use of collection and services of the TIRC and to find out the gaps of collection and other required services by users. In the end, suggestions and conclusions have also been made for further improvement in the collection and services for the benefits of the users.
