Abstract Deliberates academic law libraries’ role which were set up under autonomous national law universities during the past two decades. Discusses integrated legal curriculum prescribed in the national law universities. Explains NALSAR University Library – its collection (print as well as electronic) and special features like use of software, various electronic databases, RFID technology and other facilities. Proposes need, objectives and advantages of Lawnet. Concludes that academic law libraries must provide quality library services to teachers and students, and also reference service in real time environment as well as develop faith in co-creation of library facilities.
