Information seeking behaviour of nehru memorial museum & library (NMML), New Delhi readers: A case study

Abstract

This study focuses on information seeking behaviour of the users of the NMML Library and also the uses of information resources available in Microfilm, Microfiche and Photographs by the research scholars at the NMML. The study shows the needs and expectations of the users and also describes how library full-fills the needs of the scholars. The overall purpose of the study is to determine the information needs and the awareness of users towards library resources available to them. This paper also discusses the changing scenario of library resources from traditional to electronic format.
