Abstract

This study assesses the responsibility of the Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) in the improvement of accessibility to legal learning and global learning perceptions. The research examines the manner in which these platforms bridge gaps in legal education accessibility to a broader community. The paper analyses how MOOC platforms such as Coursera, edX, Udemy, and Future Learn address the challenges of exorbitant costs, inadequate resources, and remote locations for extended limited access to legal education. The study involves in-depth case studies of legal courses available, their strategy and quality of content, as well as userengagement and learning outcomes. The results of the research explain the role of MOOCs in the knowledge expansion of accessibility of legal resources while at the same time contributing to global legal consciousness and inclusivity. The paper further investigates the advantages and impediments of integrating MOOCs into legal education, contingent on jurisdictional legal concerns and the necessity for context-sensitive learning.
